A Level 2 charger charges an electric vehicle much faster than a standard wall outlet. Timco Electric installs home EV chargers in garages and driveways around Spartanburg and nearby Upstate communities, including the dedicated circuit, permit and inspection.

How it works: we check your panel capacity and the distance to where you park, then give you a quote. Installs start at $599. We install the circuit and charger, or a 240V outlet for a plug-in charger, and test it with you.

Cost depends on distance from the panel, panel capacity, indoor or outdoor mounting, and the charger model. Some homes need a panel upgrade first; we check before quoting.
